Lovely room with balcony overlooking the river. Helpful staff. Great location near shops and restaurants. Close to The Sanctuaries. No kettle in room but didn't affect overall experience. Will stay again.

This hotel is a gem in every way. the location is superb, being near the shops and close to the shrine. It made our stay so convenient and hassle-free. Secondly, the staff here have a genuine warmth and friendliness that instantly made us feel welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including accommodating specific dietary requirements. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail, like having a shower in the room, was impressive.
All was absolutely perfect during our stay.
